WHAT HAPPENED:
Well, the semester was coming to a wrap-up, I was breaking out in eczema from stress, and the night before a big project was due, I dropped my computer and borked the hard drive with all my comic files on it. A few days later, my beau was able to rescue about half the original photoshop files and the font files, but I was still out a computer and not in a great position to replace it. (Still haven’t, actually; I’ve been working half on a borrowed machine, half on a really old laptop I had taken apart over a year ago, which is still running XP.) On top of that, I went to Switzerland for three weeks, and then spent all my free time in June training for a 200 mile bike ride (last weekend) and catching up with garden chaos, so the comic has been on a back burner.
None of excuses nearly three months of silence, of course, but hopefully things should be back on course again now.
